Any NFC-enabled smartphone — which is essentially every iPhone since the iPhone 7 and most Android phones made in the last several years. No app needed. Users just tap and the link opens instantly.
It depends on the type of order. There are two setups:
Individual keychains — each recipient gets their own unique link they can update themselves anytime, as long as they saved their passphrase. Great for employees or members who want to point their keychain to a personal LinkedIn or portfolio.
Batch keychains — all keychains in the order point to the same URL (like a company site or event page). Since changing the destination would affect hundreds of tags at once, those updates need to go through us. Reach out and we'll take care of it.

It scales with quantity. A 100-unit order is typically done in about 5 days after design approval. A 1,000-unit order is closer to 3 weeks. If you're using specialty colors, add roughly a week on top of that.

The standard minimum is 100 keychains at $3 each. Pricing drops at 500 and 1,000 units — see the full breakdown on the pricing section.
Smaller orders are possible for special cases, but the per-unit cost will be significantly higher. Reach out if you need something outside the standard range.

Yes, we ship anywhere in the US. Shipping outside Arizona may affect the final price — reach out for a quote if you're outside the state.
A vector file (SVG, AI, or EPS) works best and produces the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG works too. If you're not sure what you have, just send it over and we'll let you know.
